Shift Leaders

This role is the gateway to other management level positions within our organization.  Shift leaders are primarily responsible for managing people, product and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value on all assigned shifts.


Our shift leaders set the example in professional appearance, attitude, dependability and effective communication skills. 


Job duties include but are not limited to: 


  • Shift preparation
  • Labor planning 
  • Crew positioning
  • Food safety
  • Food quality (both raw and completed)
  • Shift control
  • Customer service 
  • Quality control
  • Organization and cleanliness
  • Travel paths
  • Communication
  • Profit controls 
  • Waste, labor, yields, cash control 
  • Safety and security
  • Enforcement of labor laws
  • Crew training and on the spot corrections 
  • Completion of assigned responsibilities
